If your ReefBot Lab is not showing on Bluetooth, please check the following:
1. Ensure that the mobile app has permission to access your location and Bluetooth. To do this, go to your phone settings, search for the app, and grant it access to location and Bluetooth.
2. The device will only advertise Bluetooth for a few minutes upon startup. If it's not showing up, restart the device and try again when it's blinking blue.
If your device is showing on Bluetooth but not connecting to Wi-Fi, please check the following:
1. Make sure you have selected "ReefBot Lab" to connect to, and not "ReefBot," "ReefBot Pro," or "Doser."
2. Check your Wi-Fi connection and reset the bot.
3. If you have any WPS (Wifi Protected Setup) on your router, try disabling it. There's usually a WPS button at the back of your router.
4. Ensure that the bot is close enough to the router.
5. Make sure your Wi-Fi name and password do not contain any special characters like “, . _ - $”.
6. Sometimes, the ReefBot Lab might not accept long passwords or Wi-Fi names. Try connecting it to a different Wi-Fi, such as your mobile hotspot.
7. Try using another mobile device to connect, preferably a different model (iOS or iPhone instead of an Android).
8. If the issue persists, contact Support.
