  • Check your spam folder: Make sure Reef Kinetics emails haven't been marked as spam. If they are, mark them as "Not Spam."

  • Unblock emails: Ensure that you haven’t accidentally blocked emails from Reef Kinetics in your email settings.

  • Contact Support: If the issue persists, m for further assistance.
