If your needles are breaking, kindly check the following:
1- Your needles are aligned to the center of the chambers and vials. To check that, go to your tests setup page - scroll down to "Device Hardware Tests" and choose "Needle Alignment Check", save and return to your tank or main dashboard.
2- Run the Needle Alignment test
3- Monitor the device, the syringe will now hover over each chamber and vial, check if the needle is aligned on top of each vial, if not, take a note and contact support so they can change your alignment settings.
4-If you are using 60ml vials, make sure that you have not inserted them sideways which might lead the larger syringe to hit them when it goes down the small holes.
