If your syringes are not collecting water or reagents properly, please check the following:
- Ensure that your needles are not clogged.
- Make sure the reagents are at a level that the syringe can reach (30-40% of the vial's volume).
- Calibrate the RODI chamber to ensure that your syringes are getting rinsed properly. Click Here for steps.
- Calibrate the Test chamber to make sure that the syringe can reach the water inside the test chamber. Click Here for steps.
- Check that the vial's caps are not worn out, as this can lead to the needles getting clogged.
If the syringes are not dispensing the correct amount (e.g., reaching 9.8ml instead of 10ml), please contact support.
