If my colors while testing are wrong (not as indicated on the test kit), what do I need to do?

1. Pumps need to be re-calibrated

2. Lack of magnetic stirrers in the vials could be the issue

3. Chemical reagents might be contaminated or chemical positions are wrong: Make sure the RO water is filling the RO chamber. If not, check if the silicon “RODI” tube is connected to the RO tank with no air bubbles

4. Calibrate your RODI chamber pump (check calibration procedure).
