Why don't I receive proper results after performing a test?

Why don't I receive results after performing tests?

You need to rule out if there is overfilling of the testing chamber. If yes, please click here.

 

If not, then it could be one or more of the following.

 

I perform a test, but I do not get a result on the app. This is because:

 

1- There is no change in color due to the following reasons:

 

  • Sample volume is not sufficient
  • One or more of the chemicals are running low

            Examples:

            

            

                

 

                    

 

 

  • The parameter's level is not within the kit's reading range

                

 

 

2- Test colors are unusual due to the following reasons:

  • Sample volume is not sufficient

            Examples:

                 .  

 

                

 

  • One or more of the chemicals are running low

            Example:

 

  • Magnetic Stirrer is missing or stirrer rotor is not spinning

            Example:

  • Chemicals are not assigned in their correct positions or missing 
  • Test kit is old or contaminated 

            Example:
