What do pale test result colors mean?

If you get pale colors while testing, this indicates a couple of issues:

1. Chemical reagents need to be re-filled in the vial. Fill your vials to the top as indicated (20 mL).
2. Lack of magnetic stirrers in the vials and/or testing chambers
3. Syringe needs replacing
4. The testing chamber needs cleaning
