Why don't I receive results after performing tests?

If not, then it could be one or more of the following.

 

I perform a test, but I do not get a result on the app. This is because:

 

1- There is no change in color due to the following reasons:

 

  • The sample volume is not sufficient - run the "test chamber" calibration test, click here.
  • If one or more of the chemicals are running low - fill them and ensure that at least 40% of the vial is full with reagents.

            Examples:

            

            

                

 

                    

 

 

  • The parameter's level is not within the kit's reading range - Check the test kit's reading ranges.

                

 

 

2- Test colors are unusual due to the following reasons:

  • The sample volume is not sufficient - run the "test chamber" calibration test, click here.

            Examples:

                 .  

 

                

 

  • One or more of the chemicals are running low - fill them and ensure that at least 40% of the vial is full with reagents.

            Example:

 

  • The Magnetic Stirrer is missing or the stirrer rotor motor is not spinning, to verify, go to the tests setup, scroll down to "Device Hardware Tests", Choose "Stirrer Motor" and run the test to observe if the stirrer motor is working or not.

            Example:

  • Chemicals are not assigned in their correct positions or are missing 
  • The test kit is old or contaminated
