Check your test kit’s reading ranges to ensure the parameter being tested falls within the expected limits.

This could be caused by:

The stirrer might be missing, or the stirrer motor is not functioning. To verify:
Go to Test Setup in the app.
Scroll down to Device Hardware Tests.
Select "Stirrer Motor" and run the test to check if the stirrer motor is working correctly.

5. Incorrect chemical positioning:
Verify that the chemicals are in the correct positions and that none are missing from the test setup.
6. Old or contaminated test kit:
If your test kit is old or has been contaminated, it might not work as intended. Consider replacing it.
